AI Summary

You will identify and implement scalable solutions to improve Azure capacity management processes through automation and operational excellence. You will partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate complex initiatives and translate business needs into sustainable operational frameworks.

Overview

Help shape the future of how Azure manages capacity at cloud scale. As part of the Gleaners team, you will tackle some of Azure's most complex and evolving operational challenges, helping transform manual processes, fragmented workflows, and reactive decision-making into scalable systems that improve speed, clarity, and execution. You will work across Capacity Management, Engineering, Finance, and Business Operations to identify opportunities to simplify work, enable automation, and create durable operating mechanisms that support the organization's future needs. As the team continues to evolve, you will help raise the bar on how operational excellence, business insight, and technology come together to deliver customer and business outcomes.

As a Principal Customer Experience Program Manager, you will help identify and address emerging customer, business, and operational needs across Azure Capacity Management. You will bring structure to ambiguous situations, coordinate across multiple teams, and develop scalable solutions that improve how work is planned, tracked, and executed. By combining business insight, operational expertise, and automation opportunities, you will help the organization increase speed, reduce manual effort, and continuously improve how decisions are made and implemented. Success in this role is measured not only by the work you deliver today, but by your ability to create scalable solutions, automation, and operating mechanisms that improve how the organization works tomorrow.

This opportunity will allow you to influence the future operating model for Azure Capacity Management through process improvement, automation, and organizational transformation. Develop deep business and technical expertise across capacity planning, operational excellence, governance, and large-scale cloud operations. Expand your leadership capabilities by partnering with stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, Product, and Business Operations to solve complex business challenges and deliver scalable solutions.
