ABOUT YOU: 

The Practice Success Manager (PSM) provides industry-leading post-sales support and business coaching to Glacial Skin provider accounts and distributors.

 

After onboarding, the PSM serves as the practice’s ongoing partner, helping to drive consistent utilization, refine workflows, and keeps Glacial Skin deeply integrated into the practice’s day-to-day operations.

 

The PSM will also support distributors as needed to ensure consistent success across all markets.


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Post Sales Support:

  • Serve as the primary support contact for all providers ≥ Day 30.
  • Deliver virtual education, refresher training, and ongoing consultative support.
  • Monitor PAM trends and provide targeted coaching to strengthen utilization.
  • Troubleshoot non-clinical issues, including logs, workflow gaps, and provider portal use.

 

Business Consultation:

  • Evaluate website and social media activity, marketing effectiveness, brand guideline adherence, utilization trends, training portal engagement, ROI reviews and guide subscription renewal planning.
  • Provide workflow optimization recommendations and guide pricing/menu refinements to support practice revenue growth.
  • Support global distributor partners and international practices as need to maintain consistency.

 

Provider Communication & Strategy

  • Maintain consistent, value-driven engagement with assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with performance goals and keeping management informed on key activities.
  • Ensure providers follow brand guidelines across social media, encourage posting, and promote new marketing assets and treatment protocols.
  • Support virtual events as needed, with exceptions assigned to the ASM on a case-by-case basis.

 

Marketing & Communications

  • Send monthly provider communication and promotional updates via HubSpot, in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Provide strategic marketing guidance and share relevant provider-facing assets and campaigns.

 

Sales Initiatives

  • Identify opportunities for second-system sales and coordinate warm handoffs to the local ASM.
  • Maintain and strengthen retention of current Peak subscriptions each quarter.
  • Identify and convert eligible Base customers into Peak subscribers through utilization insights and value-driven recommendations.

 

Administrative & Logistical Tasks

  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in HubSpot on a daily basis.
  • Support log pulls, Wi-Fi reconnections, and other non-clinical technical needs as required.
  • Collaborate closely with Area Sales Managers and Clinical Business Managers to strengthen customer experience and ensure a unified, customer-centric approach.
  • Ensure post install surveys are completed.


QUALIFICATIONS and EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS or 5 years of sales related experience in Aesthetics or Med Tech industry preferred
  • 5+ years of proven experience delivering virtual account management and support 
  • Experience managing National Account level providers
  • Ability to manage a high-volume, global book of accounts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret utilization trends
  • Exceptional communication and follow-through
  • Marketing or consulting experience a plus
  • Must have a strong inner drive and self-discipline and be comfortable working independently and managing multiple timelines
  • Proficiency with CRM systems; Hubspot experience preferred

LOCATION:

  • Ability to manage large territories and travel up to 90% and live within 1 hour of an international airport with direct flights to major cities

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for no less than 8 hours a day
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
  • Ability to view computer screen for long-durations
