Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential for this role.
• A valid EU passport is mandatory for this position.
• A solid working knowledge of English (written and verbal) to facilitate internal communication and documentation within a multicultural workplace.
• Previous experience in a Customer Support Services environment, call centre, helpdesk, or client-facing role is highly advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills, with a genuine commitment to resolving customer needs efficiently and professionally.
