The Implementation Liaisons support the OneStream implementation by serving as a key coordination point across the project management team, schedulers, implementation team, client stakeholders, and impacted business and technical groups for their assigned group of components. This role helps maintain alignment across agency stakeholders by facilitating communication, routing questions and issues, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and supporting timely decisions that affect design, testing, deployment, and readiness activities. The implementation liaisons report up to the lead PM and PM support for consolidation of overall project status.

Our client is a boutique consulting firm that employs consultants and professionals with unique skill sets to support the federal government with strategic execution, financial process enablement, IT systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Route questions, dependencies, and escalations to the appropriate functional, technical, or client owners for timely resolution.

Track open items requiring client or cross-functional input and follow up to help prevent delays to project milestones and readiness activities.

Support alignment between business requirements, process decisions, governance actions, and day-to-day project delivery.

Assist with preparation for cross-team meetings, working sessions, status reviews, and stakeholder touchpoints.

Help ensure decisions, feedback, and stakeholder concerns are clearly documented and reflected in project plans, action logs, and deliverables.

Support coordination across major implementation activities such as requirements approval, SIT, training, UAT, deployment readiness, and documentation handoff.

Required Qualifications

Experience supporting federal program delivery, PMO support, or cross-functional implementation coordination.

Strong stakeholder coordination skills across client, contractor, business, and technical teams.

Ability to manage action items, dependencies, decision tracking, and issue follow-up in a structured delivery environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate project information for different stakeholder groups.

Experience supporting governance, status reporting, meeting coordination, and documentation in a compliance-forward environment.

Familiarity with implementation lifecycle activities such as requirements, design, testing, deployment, training, and stabilization.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in tracking follow-ups and maintaining alignment across multiple teams.
