People Operations Coordinator

While this role supports all areas of the People Team, its primary focus is building the operational foundation that allows our team to deliver extraordinary experiences consistently and at scale.

How you'll make an impact:

• Build a recruiting engine that attracts more qualified candidates while delivering a responsive, hospitality-driven candidate experience.
• Grow and maintain a proactive talent community so we're building relationships before positions open.
• Keep every hiring process organized and moving with clear workback plans, thoughtful communication, and consistent documentation.
• Ensure onboarding, performance reviews, compliance, and People Operations happen accurately and on time.
• Build organized, secure, audit-ready People systems that leaders can trust.
• Continuously improve how we work through AI, automation, and better processes.
