The role reports to the Group HR Director and is a fully remote position based in the UK, Ireland, or Portugal. Infrequent international travel is expected (approximately 10% of working time).

Requirements

Essential

  • Significant progressive experience in Human Resources leadership roles.
  • Professional HR qualification (e.g., CPHR, CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) and/or relevant education and experience.
  • Experience developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and practices across multiple countries.
  • Experience managing or leading HR teams.
  • Experience designing and delivering organizational change initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders across multiple geographies, cultures, and business functions.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive matters.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting organizations within software development, technology, or highly technical environments.
  • Experience working across the UK, Portugal, India, and North America.
  • Experience working in organizations of different sizes and growth stages.
  • Experience with Workday or comparable HR information systems.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR practices across multiple jurisdictions.
