The People Operations Administrator will manage new-hire onboarding, data entry, and employee engagement initiatives. They will also provide administrative support by maintaining digital files and managing company merchandise inventory.

The Role
We’re looking for a seasonal People Operations Administrator to help create a welcoming, organized, and supportive employee experience. This position will run through March 26, 2027. In this role, you’ll support team members throughout their journey at CookUnity, from onboarding and training to feedback and career development.
You’ll partner with teams across the organization to coordinate workflows, maintain accurate employee information, and support People initiatives. Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills will help you succeed in this fast-paced role.
