This isn't a receptionist role.
You're the first impression of our company and one of the biggest drivers of our growth.
You'll become an expert at helping prospective clients understand whether we're the right fit for them.
Your responsibilities include:
Answering inbound calls from prospective clients
Following up with warm leads who requested information
Building genuine rapport before discussing appointments
Helping people understand why they're still struggling despite trying other treatments
Scheduling Discovery Visits with qualified prospects
Maintaining accurate CRM records
Confirming appointments to reduce no-shows
Coordinating with our clinical team
Following proven sales processes while sounding like a real human
You'll probably love this role if you:

You'll receive extensive training before taking calls independently.
As you grow, you'll be responsible for:
Converting approximately one-third of qualified leads into Discovery Visits
Creating exceptional first impressions
Maintaining detailed and organized records
Following up consistently
Becoming an expert communicator
We don't expect you to know healthcare sales.
We'll teach you:

Objection handling
Relationship building
