About the Position
Holafly is looking for a proactive and highly organized Partnerships Operations & Activation Specialist to join our growing Travel Partnerships team.
This role will play an important part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Partnerships team, helping ensure a smooth onboarding and activation experience for partners across global markets.
The position combines operational support, partner onboarding, activation, partner communication, and light commercial responsibilities. The ideal candidate will help partners successfully launch, stay engaged, and become active revenue-generating accounts, while also supporting the internal Partnerships team with operational execution, inbound partner management, and outbound activation follow-up.
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a commercial mentality focused on helping partners grow and succeed.
This is a global role, remotely based in LATAM, supporting partners across multiple regions and markets.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound partner requests and onboarding processes
Support inbound partner acquisition and activation initiatives
Conduct outbound follow-ups with newly onboarded or inactive partners to drive activation and engagement
Support partners during setup, including links, tracking, discount codes, and basic troubleshooting
Ensure fast, clear, and high-quality communication with partners
Proactively follow up with newly onboarded partners to drive activation and first revenue generation
Support the Partnerships team with operational and administrative tasks related to partner management
Create and manage support tickets, coordinating with Product, Tech, and Operations teams through Jira
Monitor partner onboarding and activation funnels, identifying friction points and improvement opportunities
Maintain accurate records and partner information within HubSpot and internal tools
Support basic reporting and tracking of partner performance and activation metrics
Identify upsell, cross-sell, or growth opportunities when relevant
Help ensure a positive and smooth partner experience throughout the onboarding journey
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Operations, Partner Support, Customer Success, Partnerships, Sales Support, or similar roles
Professional fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Commercial mindset with strong willingness to help drive partner activation and growth
Comfortable working with CRM tools such as HubSpot and operational tools such as Jira
Basic analytical mindset with the ability to track partner activation and engagement
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
Experience supporting customers, partners, or accounts in digital or online environments is a strong plus
