Responsibilities:

Manage and grow strategic partner and reseller accounts.

Identify, approach, and develop new reseller opportunities.

Build long-term relationships with partners, individual resellers, and financial institutions.

Support partner onboarding, activation, and ongoing development.

Monitor partner performance and identify growth opportunities.

Drive partner revenue growth, retention, and satisfaction.
-
Prepare reports on partner activity, performance, and growth.
-
Collect partner feedback and share insights with Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Ensure the partner strategy fits local market needs.
-
Support team processes, best practices, and knowledge sharing.

Help onboard or mentor new team members when needed.

Represent CryptoProcessing by CoinsPaid at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Maintain and expand the active partner and reseller database.
Requirements:
-
5+ years of experience in payments, FinTech, crypto, iGaming, Forex, or related B2B industries.
-
Proven experience in Partner Success, Account Management, Customer Success, Partnerships, or Business Development.

Strong experience managing and growing partner, reseller, or merchant accounts.
-
Experience identifying and developing new reseller or partner opportunities.
-
Track record of improving partner performance, retention, and revenue growth.
-
Good understanding of crypto payments, PSPs, merchant acquiring, reseller models, or financial partnerships.
-
Basic knowledge of AML, KYC/KYB, and compliance-related processes.
-
Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
-
English proficiency at C1/C2 level.

Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.
-
Willingness to travel for business and industry events.
-
Potential and motivation to support team growth and gradually take on leadership responsibilities.
Nice to have:

Knowledge of iGaming, Forex, crypto, payments, or high-risk industries.

Existing network of partners, resellers, PSPs, platforms, or financial institutions.

Experience with partner success metrics, revenue growth, retention, or account expansion.

Experience with CRM tools and partner/account reporting.

Experience working with international partners across different regions.

Experience mentoring junior team members or improving partner success processes.

Interest in growing into a future team lead or leadership role.

Public-facing experience at events, webinars, LinkedIn, or industry communities.
