We’re looking for a Partnership Executive to join our team and help drive business growth by building strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. If you have sales experience, a passion for business development, and enjoy taking on new challenges, this role could be for you!

➡️ Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

• Develop sales strategies to meet — and exceed — established targets.

• Identify new business opportunities through networking and turn them into strategic partnerships.

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through deal closure.

• Present products and solutions to prospective clients and partners.

• Negotiate agreements and ensure client and partner needs are met while protecting the company’s reputation.

• Keep sales databases up to date and participate in required meetings and training sessions.

➡️ What do we value?

• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, as this is a global role with frequent interactions across different markets and teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within HR tech or SaaS.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify new opportunities and create value in every interaction.
