Seeq is a global leader in advanced analytics and industrial AI, helping the world’s most demanding industrial companies turn operational data into faster, better decisions.

Our partner ecosystem is central to how we go to market: resellers and systems integrators, technology partners, cloud hyperscalers, and global systems integrators are key to extending our reach into additional audiences, industries, and regions.

Position Summary

The Partner Marketing Specialist supports the execution of partner marketing programs across the partner ecosystem. You will bring campaigns and program components to life across email, webinars, events, and co-branded assets; support partner communications; maintain partner-facing content; and use performance data to recommend improvements.

This individual contributor role combines hands-on execution, strong coordination, and disciplined follow-through. You will work closely with Partner Managers, Sales, Integrated Marketing, and Marketing Operations to ensure programs launch on time, partners have the materials they need, and results are clearly documented.

We expect this role to use AI as a practical working tool that accelerates research, content drafting, campaign preparation, and reporting while keeping outputs accurate, on-brand, and grounded in approved source material.

Success looks like partner campaigns and program components that are delivered on time, partner communications that are clear and useful, partner content that stays current, and reporting that helps the team improve future programs.

Requirements

Execute partner campaigns and program components

·        Execute partner campaign components, including emails, webinars, event support, and co-branded assets.

·        Coordinate timelines, dependencies, reviews, and logistics across partner marketing activities.

·        Prepare campaign briefs, copy drafts, registration details, execution checklists, and other materials.

·        Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partner contacts to keep workstreams moving.

·        Use established processes and templates while identifying opportunities to improve campaign execution and team workflows.

Support partner communications and content

·        Support partner communications, including event invitations, newsletter sections, webinar promotions, and program announcements.

·        Maintain partner-facing content and resources in the partner portal and other enablement systems.

·        Organize and update partner assets so they are easy for internal teams and partners to find and use.

·        Adapt materials for partners, audiences, and regions while maintaining approved messaging and brand standards.

·        Use AI to accelerate first drafts, research, content variations, and administrative work, reviewing and tailoring all outputs before use.

Report on performance and improve execution

·        Run campaign and program reports and organize engagement, lead, event, and related performance data.

·        Analyze results against agreed metrics and highlight trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.

·        Prepare concise performance updates for Partner Managers and marketing stakeholders.

·        Track campaign spend and MDF usage within approved allocations and maintain accurate documentation.

·        Recommend practical improvements to campaigns, reporting, content organization, and team workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

·        Experience in B2B marketing, including supporting campaigns, events, communications, or marketing operations.

·        Experience executing marketing program components such as email campaigns, webinars, events, or co-branded content.

·        Experience running reports, organizing performance data, and using insights to recommend improvements.

·        Strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and follow-through across multiple deadlines.

·        Comfort collaborating with marketing, sales, partner, and agency stakeholders without direct authority.

·        Working knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM and a marketing automation or campaign management platform.

·        Demonstrated use of AI in day-to-day marketing work, such as research, content drafting, data synthesis, or repeatable prompts and workflows, with outputs reviewed and tailored using sound marketing judgment.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience in partner, channel, alliance, field, or event marketing.

·        Experience marketing to or with industrial, manufacturing, energy, or process industry audiences.

·        Familiarity with partner portals, partner relationship management platforms, marketing automation tools, and work management tools such as Monday.com.

·        Experience supporting co-marketing, market development fund, or campaign budget tracking.

·        Experience working with technology partners, resellers, systems integrators, cloud or marketplace partners, or other partner ecosystem organizations.
