Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys and legal professionals in various legal matters, including research, document preparation, and case management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Attorney and enhance office effectiveness.
  • Handle and maintain daily office operations, including greeting clients, responding to phone
    calls, performing minimal billing tasks, organizing files, managing logistics, etc.
  • Conduct the initial in-take process and gather detailed information for the Attorney.
  • Work with clients and demonstrate a high level of professionalism when communicating virtually, by email, or by phone to anyone.
  • Assist the attorney in managing the firm's social media presence and updating the website as needed.
  • Assist with estate planning documentation and files. Conduct any research and analysis needed for the firm.
  • Assist in any filings with state and federal courts (including e-filings) as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish (mandatory) C1 or native English proficiency is a MUST.
  • Familiarity with law, legal procedures, protocols, and court system preferred.
  • Previous assistance in estate planning experience preferred.
  • Proof of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • 4-year college/university degree preferred.
  • Strong sense of propriety and discretion.
  • Must be flexible in working with the attorney on office schedule and calendar.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Must be thorough and detail-oriented and can maintain composure under pressure.
