As a Paid Social Account Manager at Homestead, you are the strategic owner of performance for a curated portfolio of premium direct-to-consumer brands. You operate as the primary growth partner to founders and executive teams, accountable for scaling revenue, protecting profitability, and identifying the next ceiling before it’s hit.
You will lead strategy with confidence, make decisions rooted in data and financial modeling, and drive execution across paid social, creative systems, landing page optimization, and offer testing.
You will work with vetted high-growth brands and established market leaders who take performance seriously and expect strategic leadership in return. This role is designed for someone who sees themselves as a business operator within paid media, not a channel only executor.
What You Own
Strategic Growth Leadership
You are accountable for outcomes, not activity.
Clients should view you as their strategic paid growth lead, not their media buyer.
You think in systems: revenue, retention, LTV, CAC, and scale capacity.
Team & Agency Leadership
You will work with a curated portfolio of serious growth brands scaling toward 8 and 9 figures. These are not stagnant accounts. They are ambitious businesses looking for strategic partners who can think beyond platform tactics.

*Qualifications & experience note: We recognize that many agencies operate in channel silos and may not approach growth as holistically as we do, so if you haven’t yet had hands-on experience with landing page strategy, channels beyond Meta, advanced attribution tools, or structured offer testing, that’s okay. We can teach you. What matters most is your ownership mindset, intellectual honesty, and commitment to growth. Be transparent about what you’ve mastered and where you’re still developing, and we’ll build an onboarding plan that supports you accordingly. This is a fully remote role. Candidates must be able to work standard business hours (9:00am–5:00pm) in ET, CT, MT, or PT time zones.
