As On-Trade Manager, you will be the face of Beluga Vodka and Oyster Adriatic Gin across Paris’ on-trade market, building and elevating brand presence within the city’s most influential bars, restaurants, hotels and nightlife venues, and ensuring consistent excellence across every key touchpoint of the Paris hospitality scene.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will drive the development of our brands across Paris’ premium on-trade channel. Working closely with our commercial partners, you will strengthen brand visibility, build meaningful relationships within the Paris hospitality community, and deliver exceptional consumer experiences that reinforce Noblewood’s position in the luxury spirits category.

This is a highly entrepreneurial, field-based role for someone who thrives in the Paris on-trade environment, builds long-term relationships, identifies opportunities and delivers flawless execution. You understand premium hospitality in Paris, inspire confidence with customers and bartenders, and consistently raise standards across every activation and partnership.

A strong knowledge of the Paris on-trade landscape and an established network within Paris’ premium hospitality industry are essential for success in this role.
  • 5+ years’ experience within premium spirits, luxury FMCG or beverage alcohol.
  • Strong knowledge of the Paris on-trade market, including key bars, restaurants and hospitality venues.
  • Established network within the Paris premium hospitality industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of cocktail culture and luxury consumer experiences in Paris.
  • Experience in account management, sales or commercial brand development.
  • Hospitality experience as a bartender or bar manager would be an advantage.
  • Outstanding relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong commercial awareness with analytical and budgeting skills.
  • Fluent French and English.
  • A valid driving licence and willingness to operate across Paris/France and surrounding areas.
  • Drive the presence and commercial success of Beluga Vodka and Oyster Adriatic Gin across Paris’ on-trade market.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships within Paris’ most influential bars, restaurants, hotels and nightlife venues.
  • Secure premium listings, visibility and high-impact brand activations across key Paris accounts.
  • Deliver world-class trainings, tastings and brand education programs across the Paris hospitality scene.
  • Develop strategic partnerships within Paris’ luxury hospitality and lifestyle ecosystem.
  • Plan and execute standout events and activations across the Paris on-trade landscape.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to shape Paris-specific growth and brand strategies.
  • Monitor Paris on-trade trends, competitor activity and emerging venues to identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new and upcoming premium Paris accounts.
  • Ensure excellence in execution while protecting and elevating brand equity across Paris.
