NSD Project Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced NSD Project Manager to lead a global Network Service Desk transformation initiative. In this role, you will drive project delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment across business, technology, operations, and supplier teams, ensuring successful execution of a high-impact international transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Network Service Desk transformation program.

• Maintain project plans, governance, milestones, reporting, and dependency tracking.

• Coordinate business, technology, supplier, and leadership stakeholders.

• Manage project risks, dependencies, escalations, and implementation readiness.

• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates.

• Ensure timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and effective communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in technology transformation or service delivery.

• Advanced English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale global transformation or change projects.

• Experience working with senior stakeholders and distributed teams.

• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and delivery management.

• Experience managing vendors and supplier relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification is a plus.
