We are seeking motivated, people-oriented Norwegian-Speaking Customer Experience Specialists to join our expanding global support team. In this role, you'll serve as the voice of a famous global brand in consumer electronics and smart home tech, delivering first-class support to users across the Nordic region.
What You Will Do
As a front-line support agent, you will be the key link between consumers and the brand, making sure every interaction is helpful, clear, and positive.
- Customer Communications: Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chats from Norwegian-speaking users regarding order tracking, product features, warranties, shipping, and initial setup.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Help users resolve technical issues with smart appliances and tech gadgets by providing simple, step-by-step guidance—or sending complex cases to specialized repair teams.
- Record Keeping: Document all client details, feedback, and solutions in our CRM database to maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records.
- Product Expertise: Stay informed about new product lines, software updates, and company guidelines to offer expert advice with a friendly, empathetic touch.

- Technical Skills: Comfortable using computers, juggling multiple tools simultaneously, and learning new software applications quickly.

Shift & Working Hours
- Weekly Commitment: Standard 40-hour work week (8 hours per day, 5 days per week).
- Work Hours: Fixed daytime shift schedule running from 08:00 to 17:00.

Salary & Benefits Package

- Base Pay: €1,400 gross/month, structured across 14 annual payments (includes standard Portuguese summer and Christmas bonus payouts).
