COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Starting pay for this position is $75,000–$90,000 per year.
  • Full benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage.
  • 401(k) with up to 3% match after 12 months of employment and reaching age 21.
  • Bonus potential of $10,000 when the regional sales target hits 90% or more, pro-rated in the first year.
  • Three weeks of paid vacation starting at the 6-month mark.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Regional Veterinary Sales Representative for the Northwest, you'll drive sales of iM3's full veterinary dental product line across your territory. You'll manage direct customer relationships, hit sales targets, and educate veterinary staff on modern dentistry equipment and best-practice procedures, all while representing a company trusted by veterinary dentists worldwide for over 30 years.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage direct customer operations in your region

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Follow your call schedule and adhere to company policies.
  • Stay current on the iM3 catalog plus ongoing product training.
  • Work within our established structure to achieve set targets.

Keep the Sales Team SharePoint up to date

  • Link your calendar with appointments and log all calls.
  • Log all leads, opportunities, and customer communication.

Represent iM3 at exhibitions and events

  • Review stand layout and equipment and get approval from the National Sales Manager.
  • Book stands and coordinate payments with the iM3 accounts department, plus other event logistics.
  • Use Excel templates for special picks.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and your direct manager to cover all logistics.
  • Return all materials in sellable condition.

Follow through on customer matters

  • Liaise with warehouse, production, and support teams to keep communication flowing between iM3 and direct customers until issues are resolved.

Manage travel and expenses

  • Handle and process expenses accurately and on time, per company policy.
  • Attend, promote, and help organize international wet labs focused on veterinary dental techniques.
  • Plan trips in advance to make the most of travel and customer visit time.
  • Build call schedules by city and state, prioritizing confirmed appointments.
  • Keep your direct manager informed.

HEALTH & SAFETY

  • Perform your duties in line with iM3's Health & Safety Policy.
  • Complete required health & safety training.
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where applicable.
  • Represent iM3 professionally with clients and at events like expos and wet labs.
  • Avoid improper conduct or reckless misuse of equipment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Analytical, results-oriented problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the year, including some weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work independently.

Preferred

  • BA or BS degree.
  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Sales experience in the veterinary industry or a related field.
  • Experience with veterinary dental imaging (digital radiography, CBCT) and dental equipment.
  • Sales training or certifications.
