This is a remote position.
SC Silver sells SAP Care. Instead of paying a Big-4 firm a fortune or relying on one freelance SAP contractor, mid-market companies get all their SAP support and their S/4HANA migration for one predictable monthly fee, delivered in English from our EU-based team. Our buyers are €20m to €100m family-owned and PE-backed businesses still running legacy SAP ECC, with SAP's 2027 deadline to move to S/4HANA approaching. We are hiring our first dedicated salesperson to win new business across the UK, Netherlands and Ireland.
Essential requirement: you have personally closed multi-year SAP support, AMS or managed-services contracts. If you haven't, this role isn't for you. Everything else is flexible.
What you'll do:
Own new business end to end across the UK, Netherlands and Ireland: prospecting, outreach, discovery, proposals and closing.
Open conversations around the S/4HANA deadline with mid-market companies still on ECC who need a plan before 2027.
Sell to the CFO and CIO of family-owned and PE-backed businesses that have little or no in-house SAP team.
Run a disciplined pipeline of €30,000 to €150,000 ARR deals on six to nine month cycles.
What we're looking for:
A proven SAP services closer who has carried a quota and closed multi-year SAP support, AMS or managed-services deals.
A mid-market salesperson comfortable building a pipeline from scratch.
Fluent, persuasive business English, with Dutch a strong plus.
Consultative, resilient and self-directed.
