Green Spoon Sales is looking for a positive, passionate, and detail-oriented Promotions Coordinator - Midwest. We are seeking a hard-working candidate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and prior experience managing retailer promotions with key accounts. This is a fully remote position, unless located in the Denver Metro area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Partner with account managers and assigned retailers to plan, submit, and oversee the execution of promotional programs for our brands.
• Serve as the primary promotions lead for designated retailers, fostering strong relationships with brands and account managers, ensuring alignment on promotional strategies.
• Manage annual promotional planning in collaboration with brands, account managers, and retailers to drive effective programs.
• Continuously improve processes, troubleshoot challenges, and address concerns in partnership with the broader Green Spoon team.
• Accurately document and organize all vendor commitments in the appropriate shared company folders for transparency and tracking.
• Maintain and optimize company tools and resources to support internal teams and clients, ensuring efficiency and accessibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience managing promotions or working in a related field within the natural food industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously for high-profile retailers.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills to work effectively with internal teams, retailers, and brand partners.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in managing promotional planning tools and systems.

Requirements:

• Great attention to detail & highly organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Solid understanding of retailer pricing & discounts required
• Previous natural foods & grocery experience required
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills
