Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them • Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to • Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline Qualifications: • Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required • Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, real estate, or a related field • Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry • Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies Compensation: Commission - 275 bps
