Job Description

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: 12 months from start date, with potential to extend

Our client in the hospitality management education industry is looking for a Marketing Specialist (Part-Time) to lead marketing strategy and execution for the Middle East market, with a primary focus on the UAE and KSA. The role will oversee digital campaigns, offline initiatives, and sales enablement assets to support traffic, engagement, lead conversion, and student recruitment for the Bachelor program. Working closely with recruitment teams and internal stakeholders, the position will develop full-funnel strategies tailored to younger audiences and their key influencers, including parents, counselors, and schools.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement local marketing strategies to support student recruitment and program growth in Middle East markets.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, paid media, and events.
• Define and execute the digital marketing plan to drive traffic, engagement, and lead conversions for the Bachelor program.
• Monitor and optimize the marketing funnel from lead generation through enrollment.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with student recruitment officers to identify their needs and manage offline and online sales assets.
• Manage weekly reviews with marketing agencies and provide monthly reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Develop strategies tailored to younger audiences and their key influencers, including parents, counselors, and schools.
• Support branding and storytelling initiatives that showcase excellence and leadership in hospitality education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a business-related field, Master is a plus.
• 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Deep understanding of the Middle East international education market, especially UAE and KSA.
• Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape, target audiences and their needs.
• Previous experience in digital advertising (Paid Social Media & SEM) within a Western organization operating in UAE is preferred.
• Able to plan, execute, and measure lead-generation and brand awareness campaigns on key digital platforms.
• Expertise in digital platforms such as WeCom & iParally. 
• Self-organised, capable of managing a schedule, delivering on time.
• Excellent teamworking skills and customer-centric mindset.
• Fluent in English.
