Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: U.S. Remote

Who We Are:

CYPHER Learning is the AI-native learning platform for organizations that need to train employees, customers, and partners at scale. While many platforms layer AI onto legacy systems, CYPHER was built differently. At the center of our platform is CYPHER Agent, a natural-language, agentic interface that connects content creation, administration, delivery, personalization, and analytics in one unified system. Organizations can create and launch training in minutes, not months, and deliver it seamlessly across distributed audiences. We help companies move faster and turn learning into measurable performance. As we continue to redefine the LMS industry, we are looking for builders who want to help scale the business to new levels.

The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and execution-oriented Marketing Specialist for North America to manage and support regional marketing programs that build awareness, generate demand, and strengthen CYPHER’s presence across the market. In this role, you will help execute a broad range of marketing activities, including in-person and virtual events, third-party review programs, analyst relationships, media promotions, customer advocacy, content, social media, email programs, and marketing analytics. You will work closely with the Head of Demand Generation and the broader global Marketing team to develop and execute programs aligned with CYPHER’s growth objectives.

Success in this role means bringing strong organization, creativity, and follow-through across multiple marketing programs while ensuring initiatives are executed effectively and deliver measurable impact. You will help turn marketing strategies into action, coordinate programs from planning through execution, develop customer case studies and testimonials, and support the reporting and data analysis needed to understand performance and continuously improve results.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who is passionate about marketing, eager to grow their expertise, and ready to take on new challenges in a fast-moving environment. Whether coordinating an event, launching a demand generation program, supporting an email nurture campaign, developing customer stories, or analyzing marketing performance, you will play an important role in helping CYPHER engage our audiences, strengthen our market presence, and accelerate growth across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Events: Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual events, managing logistics, timelines, vendors, promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Marketing Programs: Manage regional marketing programs, including third-party review platforms, analyst firm relationships, and media and promotional opportunities, evaluating opportunities and recommending activities based on regional priorities and business needs.
  • Demand Generation: Partner with the Head of Demand Generation to develop and execute programs that support pipeline generation, engagement, and growth across North America, providing recommendations on program execution based on market needs and performance.
  • Content & Social Media: Support the development and execution of content and social media programs aligned with broader marketing priorities and regional needs, identifying opportunities to strengthen regional engagement.
  • Customer Advocacy: Identify and secure customer participation in case studies, testimonials, and other customer advocacy initiatives, prioritizing opportunities and managing development from outreach through completion.
  • Email Marketing: Support the development and execution of email nurture and other email marketing programs, using performance results to recommend ongoing optimization.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Analyze marketing and program performance to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend improvements based on data and business needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the global Marketing team and other cross-functional partners to ensure regional programs are aligned with broader marketing priorities and executed effectively.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with hands-on experience executing marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Experience supporting or managing marketing campaigns, events, email marketing, social media, content, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating in-person and virtual events from planning through execution.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing data and reporting to evaluate program performance and inform decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across teams in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable and comfortable taking on new responsibilities, shifting priorities, and learning new tools and processes.
  • Experience working in SaaS or B2B technology is preferred; experience in the LMS, EdTech, or education market is a plus.
  • Copywriting or content development experience is a plus.

Our Values:

  • Curiosity: Continues learning to stay agile and innovative.
  • Connection: Embracing and celebrating our differences.
  • Empowerment: Rewarding positive people-centric behaviors and decisions.
  • Potential: Challenging the status quo and pushing for what is possible.
  • Impact: Making a positive impact for our clients and communities around the world.
