The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing marketing strategies, managing campaign development, and analyzing performance metrics to drive lead generation. They will collaborate with sales and design teams to promote the company brand and ensure all materials align with corporate guidelines.
Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign, and developing our lead generation programs. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our organization.What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
• Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
• Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the company’s brand. Responsible for seeing these projects through to completion and measuring their success.
• Use data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure that all creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results, and project recommendations to the senior management team.
• Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material.
• Maintain and update impeccable records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
• Prepare regular sales forecasting reports, monitor sales performance, and understand the market trends.
• Monitor and report on competitors’ marketing and sales activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Work Experience and Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field with 5 years of related experience; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience. Or equivalent work experience.
Licenses & Certifications:
· Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) is preferred.

The target salary range for this position is $85,855.00 - $85,855.00 annually.The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
