What you will do: 


Brand management & marketing execution

  • Support the development and execution of brand plans, messaging strategies, product positioning and tactical marketing programs. 
  • Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns for health care providers and patients across advertising channels, SEO, CRM, websites, events and sales channels. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Sales, Market Access, Operations and external agency partners.
  • Lead project management including weekly status meetings, timelines, project progress tracking, risk identification and proactive communication of status updates to stakeholders.

Creative development & agency management

  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop marketing materials and promotional assets.
  • Manage the creative development process from briefing through final production, ensuring alignment with corporate identity, brand strategy, and business objectives.
  • Review creative executions for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to approved messaging and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate revisions and feedback among stakeholders to ensure efficient project progression.

Medical, Legal & Regulatory review management

  • Prepare, submit, and track promotional materials through the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review system.
  • Facilitate review meetings, consolidate stakeholder feedback, and manage revisions to ensure timely approvals.
  • Maintain documentation and version control of all materials.
  • Ensure all promotional materials comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

Operational Support

  • Partner with Sales leadership to develop and maintain sales tools, training materials, competitive intelligence resources, and field communication materials.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and vendor invoicing.
  • Support content management and asset organization across marketing platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance using CRM, digital, sales, and market data sources.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Support healthcare professional (HCP) marketing initiatives including sales aids educational materials, email campaigns, and digital engagement programs. 
  • Support commercial launch planning and execution activities including promotional material development, field force support, creative agency and launch milestone management.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences marketing.
  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or laboratory-developed test promotional materials with an understanding of relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with healthcare provider or patient marketing initiatives.
  • Experience working with creative agencies and coordinating asset development.


Skills

  • Proven ability to support product launches in pharmaceuticals, diagnostics or devices.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across Marketing, Medical, Regulatory and Operational teams and deliver high-quality work in a highly regulated environment.
  • Ability to use or quickly learn MLR review systems such as Zen QMS or Veeva PromoMats, and CRM platforms such as Veeva CRM, Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
  • Capability to execute digital marketing, content management, and omnichannel campaigns.
