AI Summary

The Senior Director will own the field marketing strategy and execution across Europe and the Americas, leading a distributed team to drive demand and account-based programs. They will serve as the primary marketing partner to regional sales leadership to ensure alignment on pipeline goals and regional program design.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a commercially-minded field marketing leader who wants more than a regional events role. This is an opportunity to take a talented, established field team and turn it into a true multi-region growth engine. As Sr. Director of Field Marketing, you'll own strategy and execution across Europe and the Americas — building the regional demand programs, account-based motions, and flagship experiences that put us in front of the customers building the world's most demanding AI and HPC infrastructure.

You'll inherit a strong foundation and a team that knows the territory. Your mission is to sharpen the strategy, standardize what works across regions, and raise the quality of every program in market. You'll be the connective tissue between global marketing and regional sales, translating corporate narrative into programs that sellers actually want and pipeline the business can count on.

Most importantly, you'll have the backing to make it happen. This role is supported by a leadership team that treats marketing as a growth driver, with real executive access and the autonomy to run your regions the way they need to be run.

Why This Role Is Different

• Own two major theaters — Europe and the Americas — under a single, coherent strategy.

• Lead an established team rather than starting cold, with a clear mandate to raise the bar.

• Sit at the center of the go-to-market motion, partnering directly with regional sales leadership.

• Build integrated ABM programs against the highest-value accounts in AI infrastructure.

• Shape the flagship event and experiential strategy, from executive roundtables to industry marquee moments.

• Work across cultures, languages, and buying dynamics — with the mandate to adapt, not just localize.

• Influence how a rapidly evolving business goes to market in every region it competes in.

• Lead and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team of regional marketers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the field marketing strategy and roadmap across Europe and the Americas.

• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of regional field marketers.

• Build and scale account-based marketing programs against target and named accounts, in lockstep with sales and SDR leadership.

• Own the regional event portfolio end to end — industry conferences, executive roundtables, customer summits, partner activations, and proprietary experiences.

• Establish a repeatable regional demand model: campaign adaptation, local content, channel mix, and follow-up motion.

• Serve as the primary marketing partner to regional sales leadership; drive joint planning, pipeline reviews, and territory-level program design.

• Partner with product marketing, corporate marketing, digital, and channel teams to localize global narrative without diluting it.

• Build the measurement discipline — pipeline sourced and influenced, cost per opportunity, event ROI, account engagement — and report it credibly to executives.

• Manage agencies, vendors, and partner co-marketing programs across both theaters.

• Bring the regional voice back to global marketing: what's landing, what isn't, and what the field needs next.

What Makes You Successful

• You're a builder and an operator — comfortable setting strategy in the morning and fixing an event run-of-show in the afternoon.

• You've earned trust with sales leaders and know how to be the marketer they call first.

• You think in accounts, not just leads, and you can prove the difference in the numbers.

• You navigate global teams naturally — you adapt to regional nuance instead of forcing one playbook everywhere.

• You're decisive and unsentimental about programs that don't perform.

• You raise the level of the people around you and take real satisfaction in developing them.

Experience & Expertise

• Typically 12+ years in field, regional, or integrated marketing, including 5+ years leading teams.

• Exceptional candidates with fewer years of experience will be considered if they demonstrate extraordinary impact and strong alignment with our ambitions.

• Proven track record owning field marketing across multiple regions — Europe and North America strongly preferred.

• Deep, hands-on ABM expertise: account selection, orchestration with sales, multi-channel execution, and engagement measurement.

• Extensive event leadership, from large-scale industry conferences to intimate executive programs, with clear ROI accountability.

• Demonstrated success partnering with and influencing senior regional sales leadership.

• Experience managing distributed teams across time zones and cultures; multilingual capability is a plus.

• Strong command of the marketing stack — CRM, marketing automation, ABM platforms, and attribution — and the analytical rigor to defend your numbers.

• Agency and vendor management experience across multiple regions.

• Experience in B2B technology, enterprise infrastructure, storage, HPC, cloud, or AI is highly desirable.

• Willingness to travel across both theaters as the business requires.
