AI Summary

The Senior Manager will own the North American field marketing strategy, including the design and execution of account-based marketing programs and regional event portfolios. They will serve as the primary marketing partner to sales leadership to drive pipeline growth and ensure regional alignment with global goals.

Senior Manager, Field Marketing — North America

The Opportunity

We're looking for a field marketer who wants to own a region outright. North America is a large and strategic market, and this role carries the mandate to define how we show up in front of the customers building the world's most demanding AI and HPC infrastructure — and to be the one who makes it happen.

You'll be deeply hands-on. You'll set the regional plan, run the account-based programs, design the executive experiences, and stand in the room at the events you built. You'll also be the marketing partner North American sales leadership calls first — the person who understands their territories, their accounts, and what they actually need to move deals forward.

Most importantly, you'll have the backing to make it happen. This role is supported by a leadership team that treats marketing as a growth driver, with real executive access and the autonomy to run the region the way it needs to be run.

Why This Role Is Different

• Own North America end to end — strategy, programs, events, and results.

• Sit at the center of the go-to-market motion, partnering directly with regional sales leadership.

• Build integrated ABM programs against the highest-value accounts in AI infrastructure.

• Shape the regional event and experiential strategy, from executive dinners and roadshows to industry marquee moments.

• Work with partners and alliances to create joint programs that neither side could run alone.

• Influence how a rapidly evolving business goes to market in its largest region.

• Grow with the region — as the business scales, so does the scope of what you own.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own the North America field marketing plan, aligned to regional pipeline goals.

• Design and execute account-based marketing programs — 1:1 and 1:few — against target and named accounts, in lockstep with sales and SDR leadership.

• Own the regional event portfolio end to end: industry conferences, executive dinners, workshop roadshows, customer briefings, and partner activations, including venue sourcing, logistics, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.

• Serve as the primary marketing partner to North American sales leadership; drive joint planning, territory-level program design, and pipeline reviews.

• Adapt global campaigns for regional audiences and build the local content, messaging, and follow-up motion that makes them land.

• Partner with alliances and channel teams on co-marketing programs, co-funded activity, and joint customer experiences.

• Equip sellers with the assets that travel — event-in-a-box kits, outreach sequences, talk tracks, and follow-up plays.

• Use intent and account engagement data to prioritize where the region invests its time and attention.

• Track and report program performance — pipeline sourced and influenced, event ROI, account engagement — and use it to decide what to repeat and what to kill.

• Bring the regional voice back to global marketing: what's landing, what isn't, and what the field needs next.

What Makes You Successful

• You're a builder. You'd rather design the program than run someone else's.

• You've earned trust with sales leaders and know how to be the marketer they call first.

• You think in accounts, not just leads, and you can prove the difference in the numbers.

• You're equally comfortable setting the quarterly plan and checking the AV in the room an hour before an executive dinner.

• You're decisive and unsentimental about programs that don't perform.

• You move fast, communicate clearly across teams, and don't need a process to already exist to get something done.

Experience & Expertise

• Typically 7+ years in field, regional, or integrated marketing within B2B technology.

• Exceptional candidates with fewer years of experience will be considered if they demonstrate extraordinary impact and strong alignment with our ambitions.

• Proven track record owning a region's field marketing plan and delivering against pipeline targets.

• Hands-on ABM experience: account selection, 1:1 and 1:few program design, orchestration with sales, and engagement measurement.

• Extensive event ownership, from large industry conferences to intimate executive programs, including logistics, on-site execution, and ROI reporting.

• Demonstrated success partnering with and influencing regional sales leadership.

• Experience building co-marketing programs with partners, alliances, or channel organizations.

• Strong command of the marketing stack — CRM, marketing automation, intent and ABM platforms, and reporting tools — and the analytical rigor to defend your numbers.

• Experience in enterprise infrastructure, storage, HPC, cloud, AI, or adjacent technical markets is highly desirable.

• Willingness to travel across North America as the business requires.
