About the Role
Digital Elements LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to oversee call tracking, lead attribution, lead routing, conversion tracking support, and lead quality operations for our client accounts.
This role manages key functions within CallTrackingMetrics or other Call/Lead tracking tools — including call routing, queues, smart routers, tracking numbers, integrations, attribution review, and lead flow monitoring. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, systems-oriented, and committed to making sure leads are captured, routed, attributed, documented, and followed through accurately.
This position is critical to the accuracy of our marketing performance reporting — especially where inbound calls impact Google Ads conversion tracking, attribution, and client lead generation results.
Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot CallTrackingMetrics setup, routing, queues, smart routers, and tracking numbers
- Monitor lead attribution and investigate issues involving missing or incomplete tracking data
- Review CTM session data, GCLIDs, UTMs, and conversion-related call activity
- Ensure calls and leads are accurately reflected in internal lead tracker sheets
- Identify patterns, gaps, or recurring issues in call attribution, lead flow, integrations, or intake documentation
- Coordinate with CallTrackingMetrics representatives and internal teams to resolve platform or tracking issues
- Review call scoring and admissions/intake documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Support inbound call handling and caller qualification when required by client contracts
- Maintain organized documentation of issues, updates, resolutions, and follow-up actions
- Help improve operational processes related to lead tracking, attribution, call quality, and intake handoff
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing operations, lead generation, call tracking, digital marketing support, intake operations, or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data or process inconsistencies
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards, call tracking platforms, and multiple software systems
- Strong communication, documentation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and escalate issues appropriately
- Professional phone presence and comfort handling caller information when needed
- Preferred: experience with CallTrackingMetrics, Google Ads, GCLIDs, CRMs, call attribution tools, or lead tracking systems
