What We’re Looking For

  • True Full-Stack Execution: You can independently build an email journey, launch paid ads, build a landing page, and set up a dashboard yourself.
  • B2B SaaS Focus: Proven track record of executing growth and marketing initiatives in a B2B environment, ideally B2B SaaS. Experience marketing to US or Canadian audiences is a strong plus.
  • Multi-Channel Paid Experience: Proven track record of hands-on management across more than one paid acquisition channel at a real budget.
  • Tech Stack Fluency: Hands-on with marketing automation (we run Pardot; HubSpot or Marketo experience transfers), Salesforce as the CRM, and analytics tooling, we work in BigQuery. Comfort in a CMS or page builder for landing pages; light HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • AI-Native Operator: You work with AI as a daily production system, not an occasional chat window. You've built repeatable AI workflows, structured prompt libraries, custom agents, or automation chains, and you can show how they made your work measurably faster or better.
  • Autonomous Builder Mindset: You excel when given a high-level goal and the freedom to figure out the "how" without needing a detailed script for every task.
  • Strong Communication & Overlap: Fluent professional English with a high level of comfort working asynchronously.
  •  Multidisciplinary Range: You thrive when managing several marketing functions simultaneously. Rather than just overseeing them, you dive deep into the execution of paid, email, web, and reporting initiatives.
