Marketing Manager

The role

We're hiring a remote Marketing Manager to make sure our sellers have the marketing tools, information, and product knowledge they need to win. You'll own marketing's side of sales enablement and support our product marketing work. You'll report to the VP of Marketing.

You'll work with sales leadership to find where sellers need more from marketing, like a clearer pitch, better materials, or more product and competitive insight, then build what closes those gaps. You'll also help capture and distill customer and market insights, helping plan launches, and turn our messaging into a clear sales story.

This is a hands-on role on a small team. You'll write, build, and present, and you'll have real ownership from day one.

What you'll do

Own: Sales Enablement

• Partner with sales leadership to spot gaps in seller skills, knowledge, and tools, and set enablement priorities together
• Turn product capabilities and customer needs into a clear sales story, pitch deck, and talk tracks
• Make sure sellers have the right materials at the right stage of a deal, and that they actually use them
• Measure what's working and improve from there

Support: Product Marketing

• Bring in customer and market insights through research, customer conversations, and sales feedback
• Help develop and refine messaging and value propositions
• Support go-to-market planning for new products and enhancements, with a focus on sales readiness
• Turn competitive research into clear insights and recommendations on how we position against competitors
• Stay close to product so you know what's coming and when

How you'll work with the team

You'll be one of five people on the marketing team, and you'll work across the company to help launches land and get customers using what we build.
