Luminary Group is a rapidly growing consultancy company in the field of Life Sciences. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team.

As a Marketing Manager at Luminary Group, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure effective marketing campaigns and initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of Luminary Group and work in a dynamic and innovative environment.

You will need to operate under UK Hours or atleast close to it for our client.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Luminary Group's services and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop marketing plans that align with business goals and target customer segments.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and content marketing.
  • Craft compelling and targeted messaging and content for marketing materials, websites, social media platforms, and other communication channels to effectively communicate Luminary Group's value proposition.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor and measure marketing campaign performance using relevant analytics tools and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and creativity.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of marketing projects and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple marketing projects and initiatives simultaneously, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and proposals to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and creativity.
