Job Title: Marketing Automation Specialist

Job Description:

We are actively seeking a talented Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing email and SMS marketing automation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, possess expertise in segmentation, testing, and deployment, and be dedicated to continually improving campaign performance.


  • Email and SMS Marketing Automation:
    • Develop and execute email and SMS marketing automation programs.
    • Implement segmentation, testing, and deployment strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Integration and Maintenance:
    • Maintain Marketing Automation integration with Klaviyo and assist in integrating additional platforms.
    • Ensure seamless integration and functionality across various tools and platforms.
  • Performance Evaluation:
    • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics, distributing performance insights to the marketing team.
    • Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Proactively research and implement the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards in marketing automation.
    • Plan and perform A/B testing to enhance productivity, conversion rates, and program/campaign ROI.
  • Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with management to define strategic objectives and goals for marketing automation.
    • Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously based on data analysis and insights.
  • Process Management:
    • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Streamline workflows and procedures to optimize campaign execution and performance.


  • Proven experience in marketing automation or similar roles.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, testing, and deployment strategies.
  • Ability to analyze campaign metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Dedication to continuous improvement and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Experience in A/B testing and enhancing campaign performance.
  • Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong independent project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
