The role involves managing marketing operations, including CRM data and campaign scheduling, while also producing content and executing outbound sales cadences. You will track campaign performance and coordinate logistics for webinars and events.
This is a remote position.
Location: Currently remote, may transition to onsite in future
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, hands-on Marketing Associate to support multiple open workstreams across marketing operations, content writing, and sales development (SDR) activity. This is a generalist role, ideal for a fresher who wants broad exposure to how a modern marketing engine runs - from campaign operations and CRM hygiene to writing content and converting webinar leads through structured outbound follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations
- Maintain and update lead data in the CRM; ensure lists are clean, segmented, and campaign-ready.
- Set up, schedule, and QA email campaigns, landing pages, and webinar workflows in marketing automation tools.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly reports and dashboards for the marketing team.
- Coordinate logistics for webinars and events: registrations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups.
Content Writing
- Write and edit marketing content: emails, blog posts, social media posts, webinar promotions, and one-pagers.
- Repurpose webinar recordings and other long-form assets into short-form content (summaries, snippets, posts).
- Ensure all content follows brand tone, is grammatically clean, and is optimized for the intended channel.
SDR / Outbound (Webinar Leads)
- Follow up with webinar registrants and attendees via email, LinkedIn, and phone to qualify interest.
- Run structured outbound cadences on marketing-generated leads and log all activity in the CRM.
- Share lead feedback with marketing to improve targeting, messaging, and webinar topics.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable juggling multiple work streams.
- Working comfort with Excel; familiarity with any CRM or email tool is a plus.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude - willing to pick up the phone, write a draft, or fix a list without waiting to be asked.
Nice to Have
- Internship or project experience in marketing, sales, or content.
- Exposure to tools like Salesforce, Instantly, Canva, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or webinar platforms (Zoom/Teams).
- Basic understanding of B2B lead funnels and email marketing metrics.
What You'll Get
- Broad, hands-on exposure across marketing ops, content, and sales development early in your career.
- Mentorship from experienced marketing and sales leaders, with a clear path to specialize (Ops, Content, or SDR/Sales).
