SUMMARY

The Project Manager for Enterprise Implementations is crucial in advancing Per Scholas’s strategy to strengthen our Integrated Operations delivery engine. This position encompasses comprehensive project management, cross-functional collaboration, and teamwork to manage the day-to-day execution of standard enterprise B2B cohorts.

Operating with agility and influence, this role involves close partnership with the VP of Integrated Operations and internal delivery teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with our strategic goals. You will directly drive our target of reducing implementation timelines by 25%—a bold but achievable milestone driven by strategic planning and continuous process improvement. By working closely with other teams within Per Scholas, we share insights, provide resources, and develop effective solutions that contribute to our collective success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management & Pipeline Execution

• Comprehensive Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that define tasks, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities for enterprise implementations.
• Execution Repeatability: Manage the day-to-day pipeline of customized enterprise cohorts, maintaining a 95%+ on-time execution rate across launches.
• Risk Mitigation: Monitor progress closely, proactively identifying risks and mitigating potential challenges to keep launches on schedule.
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct retrospective analysis to assess project outcomes and overall performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Resource Orchestration

• Central Liaison: Act as a primary liaison among internal teams to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Resource Management: Act as the centralized orchestrator managing the resource queues across Curriculum Design, Hardware Deployment, and Local Sites for standard business.
• Stakeholder Empowerment: Foster productive and effective collaborations among cross-functional teams by leveraging strong leadership skills, empowering informed decision-making among essential project stakeholders.

Communication, Systems, and Training

• System Utilization: Operate enterprise PMO systems (e.g., Smartsheet) and dashboards, ensuring live data updates and providing feedback on process friction.
• Clear Communication: Ensure departments have access and proper understanding of project management tools and resources.
• Kickoffs & Best Practices: Organize and lead impactful project kickoff meetings with essential internal stakeholders and assist project team members in enhancing their understanding of Agile and project management best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

• Minimum Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience in project management or a related field, with a proven ability to hit the ground running.
• PM Certification not required, but nice to have.

Skills and Competencies

• Expertise in project management methodologies, with a strong familiarity with Agile delivery mechanisms (e.g., sprints, standups, RACI charts).
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and identifying process bottlenecks.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate productive cross-functional meetings.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, rapidly adapt to changing priorities, and develop creative, effective solutions.

Technical Proficiency

• Strong proficiency in at least one project management tool (Smartsheet preferred).
• Familiarity with process mapping or visual collaboration tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro) to support continuous process improvement.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (G Suite) and enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.

For this role specifically, we are targeting a salary range of $70,000-$80,000. The salary difference is typically determined by several factors, including the selected candidate's geography and alignment with qualifications and experience.
