The Manager, Member Development is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of a portfolio of learning and development programs. This includes coordinating with clinical faculty and stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational strategy.

The Heart Rhythm Society (HRS) is committed to helping end heart rhythm disorders and saving lives. HRS is the international leader in science, education and advocacy for cardiac arrhythmia professionals and patients, and the primary information resource on heart rhythm disorders. HRS’s mission is to improve patient care by promoting research, education and optimal health care policies and standards. HRS represents more than 9,000 cardiac pacing and electrophysiology professionals in over 90 countries.

Position Summary
The Manager, Member Development is an organized and operational program manager responsible for the support, execution, and optimization of a portfolio of programs and products that advance the mission of the Heart Rhythm Society (“HRS”). This role manages the delivery of cross-functional initiatives — such as live clinical education, member development and member engagement programs — ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and measurable impact.
The Manager, Member Development partners closely with the Assoc Director, Member Development, clinical faculty, committees, and internal/external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant, and innovative programs and products within budget that serve HRS members and the mission of the organization.
The ideal candidate for this role is a mission-driven, healthcare-savvy program manager who can translate program objectives into an executed, successful program—bringing needed structure to the process while maintaining high engagement and measurable impact to a portfolio of learning and development initiatives.

Location
HRS, headquartered in Washington, DC, operates under a full-time remote office setup. HRS hires candidates from most States (with the exception of CA and NY State) with preference given to candidates residing in close proximity to the DC area.
