The L&D Manager will oversee the day-to-day logistics of training and onboarding for care teams across multiple markets. They are responsible for program design, managing training delivery, and ensuring new hires are fully prepared for market launches.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Daymark's Learning & Development (L&D) Manager, Care Teams, you will run the day-to-day logistics behind how our care teams get trained and onboarded. Reporting to the VP of Clinical Operations and working closely with the VP of Supportive Care & Nursing, you will own the training calendar, coordinate the subject matter experts (SMEs) and trainers who deliver each session, and make sure every new hire completes onboarding on schedule.
Senior leadership will design the training curriculum and set the sequencing, and you'll make sure it runs — starting with our simultaneous market launches in Michigan and California.

Additional Information
The expected compensation for this role is $120,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on location & experience.
This role is fully remote but will operate on East Coast or Central hours.
