This leadership position is remote, requires roughly 25% or more travel, depending on the candidate's location, and will manage a team of Inside Sales Systems Engineers covering North America. Candidates can live anywhere in the continental US; however, the preferred location is Charlotte, NC.
How you'll help us to connect the world:
The Manager, Inside Sales Systems Engineering, North America, will lead a team of account-focused Systems Engineers providing customer-focused technical sales leadership support, sales and technical enablement, selling and influencing, net new account acquisition, provide knowledge transfer of best practices for deployments and operations, technical management, and escalation as a trusted advisor. This role will interface with cross-functional group resources and leadership to define and execute strategies with your team.
The Inside SE team will conduct consultative, solutions-based discussions with all levels of decision-makers and target customer initiatives across pre-sales, operational efficiencies, revenue growth, network architecture evolution planning, solution standardization, and deployment timeframes. You will attract, recruit, and develop talented SEs, and support the team’s efforts to successfully position, influence, and grow the RUCKUS product portfolio among net-new and existing installed-base customers and reseller partners.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $125,000.00-$168,000.00
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
