Manager, Corporate Development

Develop and manage pipeline and market maps to build strong relationships in assigned vertical(s)

· All BDMs are required to meet and exceed monthly M&A targets, such as meaningful contacts and NDAs signed in addition to more controllable measurable metrics.

· Work autonomously to qualify M&A opportunities with efficiency

· Ensure the lead database is allocated accurately within the BDM’s portfolio verticals

· Effectively qualify opportunities at the top-end of the funnel to maintain focus for BU PMs concerning M&A efforts

· Have a meaningful impact on Perseus Group over a successful tenure in-role

· Responsible for sourcing/originating 8-10M in capital deployed per year by year 2.

Salary Range (Ontario & BC Only):

The estimated base salary range for this role is CAD$79,200.00 - CAD$96,800.00 per year.
