Job Details: Job Location: EXECUTIVE OFFICE - DALLAS, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: 4 Year Degree, Salary Range: $80000.00 - $90000.00Salary, Job Category: Nonprofit - Social Services, Tri Delta is seeking a Major Gifts Fundraiser to cultivate, solicit and steward donors with a special focus on five to six figure multi-year gifts with the goal of meeting the fundraising and funding goals of Tri Delta’s Foundation. This role manages a portfolio of major gift prospects and collaborates closely with the CDO, Foundation Board, CEO, and all Executive Office teams to secure significant contributions, typically in the $25,000+ range.  The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven, strategic fundraiser with a passion for member-based organizations and proven track record of closing major gifts and building long-term donor partnerships.   The role is remote eligible. Candidates must be physically located in the US and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.     Why work for Tri Delta?    Mission driven culture  Excellent work environment    Paid vacation & holidays    Benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, & vision), retirement, & life insurance    Industry leading professional training    Growth & promotion opportunities    Quick Details: Status:  Full-time   Location:  Remote  Travel:  15-20 trips per year   Supervised by:  Chief Development Officer  Supervises: N/A  Driving Status:  Frequent  Key Responsibilities  Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:  Development  Work with Foundation Team to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit and steward Tri Delta’s top donor prospects including the creation of donor proposals.  Manage portfolio of 75-150 major gifts prospects and donors.  Manage prospect pipeline and portfolio assignments.    Donor Relations  Identify and engage new prospects  Build relationships aligned with organizational needs  Prepare and deliver proposals  Solicit and close major gifts    Stewardship & Relationship Management:  Ensure timely acknowledgment of gifts  Maintain engagement through updates and storytelling  Partner with leadership to deepen relationships    Cross-Collaboration & Internal Partnership:  Partner with Tri Delta’s Executive Team, Housing, and other teams to support donor outreach and engagement    Engage Tri Delta’s Foundation Board of Trustees and Campagin Cabinet in fundraising efforts  Collaborate with Brand Advancement on donor communications    Data & Reporting:  Maintain accurate CRM records  Track progress and forecast revenue  Provide reports on fundraising plans, efforts, and outcomes    Fulfill professional expectations of all Tri Delta employees:  Abide by and lead others in Tri Delta’s project management process and practices.  Receive and act on feedback; focus on self-development to become the best version of yourself.   Pursue open and consistent communication with Tri Delta employees and volunteers.   Conduct all work with a focus on elevating Tri Delta’s brand as a premier women’s organization dedicated to helping women live, learn, and lead – with Purpose, for a lifetime.    Be passionate about serving others (e.g., Tri Delta employees, Board members, collegiate and alumnae members) and helping them become the best versions of themselves.    Qualifications: Required Qualifications include:   4-8 years of related experience  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university  Demonstrated success soliciting major gifts and cultivating donor relations while maintaining confidentiality  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate Tri Delta’s mission and cultivate strong relationships with diverse individuals  Possesses solid strategy, relationship building, stewardship, fundraising, portfolio management, data segmentation knowledge  Expertise with CRM platform for non-profit fundraising   Preferred Qualifications include:   Tri Delta member    Experience with high-net worth individuals   Board engagement experience  Experience in planned giving     Important Considerations  We do require successful completion of pre-employment screenings that include a background check and drug test.
