A nationally recognized defense firm in Seattle, is seeking a senior litigation paralegal. The ideal candidate will have a very strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a team atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be responsible for document reviews and organization, assessing evidence, document database management, witness interviews, and investigation. Our firm is dedicated to the long-term professional development of our paralegals. Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 6 years of litigation experience AND some Casualty practice
Must have a high level of the following:
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
Must have experience analyzing and summarizing the following:
  • Medical records
  • Preparing subpoenas
  • Discovery requests and responses
  • Conducting background and fact investigations
  • Assisting attorneys in both state and federal court trials in Washington.
Must be proficient with the following software and programs:
  • Relativity
  • Westlaw
  • Case Notebook
  • Eclipse
  • Sanction
  • Trial Pad
  • CourtTrax
