What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective customers to understand their insurance needs and goals.
- Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Prepare and present personalized insurance quotes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to develop sales opportunities and close business.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and additional ways to protect clients.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, and policy documentation.
- Work independently while staying connected with the agency team.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
What We're Looking For
An active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Previous insurance sales experience strongly preferred.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
