Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and outbound sales efforts
Consult with clients to assess their property and casualty insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Quote, bind, and process P&C insurance policies accurately and efficiently
Maintain and grow an existing book of business through strong client relationship management
Follow up on leads, renewals, and policy changes to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and performance goals
Requirements:
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
Proven experience in insurance sales or a related financial services role
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with insurance agency management systems and CRM tools
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Must be located in or able to commute to Wilmington, DE
