Job Details
Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:
JD or similar plus:
- 2+ Years of Lemon Law experience
- Active and in Good Standing with the Bar in CA (will consider other states except NY, NJ, ME, CO, and NC)
- Speak with new clients about their case and any damages they can recover
- Review discovery, attend arbitrations and deposition, settlement negotiations, and manage cases
- Work with paralegals and intake professionals as a team
