Legal Counsel

X-FLOW is a mobile game development company established in 2018. We gained recognition after the release of Happy Color, the most popular digital coloring book and one of the most successful ad-driven mobile apps in the world. We take pride in our diverse and talented team and partners, spread across the UK, Cyprus, the Netherlands, and other regions worldwide.

We’re now looking for a Legal Counsel to strengthen our legal function and support X-FLOW’s growing international operations. You’ll play a key role in managing corporate, contract, and intellectual property matters while partnering closely with our leadership, finance, and product teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and draft agreements with strategic partners and service providers, and oversee the contract management process.
• Monitor and enforce intellectual property rights, and manage disputes on digital platforms (App Store, Google Play, Amazon).
• Support the company’s employment and corporate matters.
• Act as product counsel, advising on new game features, initiatives, and related product changes.
• Respond to routine data protection and user support questions, and identify issues that require escalation.
• Provide legal guidance and strategic support to executive and operational teams across the company.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve recurring legal work through better processes, automation, and the responsible use of AI tools.

Requirements:

• Law degree (LL.M. is a plus).
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house within the video game, software, or high-tech sectors.
• Prior experience at a top-tier law firm is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent workloads with strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken).
• Strategic thinker with initiative, accountability, and a hands-on approach.
