Lead Full-Stack Engineer - Node.js and AngularJS(SaaS Platforms)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full-Stack Engineer specializing in Node.js and AngularJS. In this role, you will dictate the architectural direction of our enterprise SaaS platforms, write pristine server-side and client-side code, and mentor a talented engineering team. You will bridge the gap between complex business initiatives and delivery-ready technical tasks while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to optimize software lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define the structural patterns for scalable cloud-native microservices architectures.

- Lead architectural discussions and ensure layouts strictly adhere to industry standards.

- Translate complex business initiatives into well-scoped, deliverable engineering sprints.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce strict engineering standards across large codebases.

- Build highly performant, asynchronous server-side applications using Node.js and Express.

- Design and optimize highly scalable RESTful APIs and GraphQL orchestrations.

- Write complex database schema designs, queries, and indexing for PostgreSQL or MySQL.

- Integrate enterprise third-party services and manage data stream synchronization.

- Maintain and optimize single-page applications built on AngularJS and TypeScript.

- Troubleshoot complex MVC/MVVM patterns, directives, scopes, and custom services.

- Implement responsive designs ensuring cross-browser compatibility and WCAG accessibility compliance.

- Drive modern UI profiling strategies to dramatically decrease initial bundle render time.

- Configure continuous integration and deployment platforms via automated CI/CD pipelines.

- Enforce security best practices regarding web token authentication and authorization protocols.

- Utilize logging frameworks like Kibana to triage production bugs and identify causes.

Technical Skills & Frameworks: 

- Deep mastery of Core JavaScript fundamentals, TypeScript, and the Node.js ecosystem.

- Extensive knowledge of AngularJS and associated build tools like Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt.

- Strong data tier competency in RDBMS, Redis caching, or distributed search platforms.

- Expertise with testing frameworks like Jest.

- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., copilot , Claude) for refactoring.
