Their core focus is on building effective financial infrastructures to manage cross-border fund flows and support operations like cross-border payments, FX transactions, and payment solution architecture.

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and expand the Account Management function within an international setting. The role involves setting high standards for client service and operational excellence, with a focus on developing strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners. You will be at the forefront of managing the client journey, from onboarding to ongoing support across international payment operations. This role promises significant impact and growth potential in a fully remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Account Management function, setting clear standards for client service and operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Manage the client journey from onboarding through ongoing support across international payment and settlement operations.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex client requests, sensitive cases, and operational matters.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between clients and internal teams, including Operations, Compliance, and Finance.
• Drive timely and effective resolution of client inquiries, transaction-related matters, and operational issues.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Relationship Management, or a similar client-facing role within fintech, payments, banking, or financial infrastructure.
• Proven experience in leading, mentoring, or developing a client-facing team.
• Solid understanding of cross-border payments, international settlements, and payment infrastructure.
• Experience managing B2B clients in a high-touch and service-driven environment.
• Good understanding of fintech operations and client support processes.
• Ability to handle complex client situations and effectively align multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Languages: English B2, Russian C1.
• Experience in fintech.
