Junior Project Management Consultant with German and English (f/m)

We are a modern Shared Service Center, offering support for business operations and complementary services to other Volkswagen Group companies in Europe. We started our activity in 2016 as a Competence Center in the area of accounting, which is still a significant field of our operations. By opening up to new business challenges, we constantly expand the scope of our services in the field of data processing and verification, business intelligence, software user support, project management and customer care. 

From the very beginning of our operation, our head office is located in the center of Poznań, near the Warta River. To ensure the best quality and smooth run of our services, we actively recruit not only on local labor markets, but also throughout the country, offering attractive and stable employment conditions. 

In our Consulting department we provide services for various business needs, such as Project Management, Process Management, IT Consulting, SAP Consulting and Salesforce Consulting.

For further development of our service portfolio we are looking for junior consultants who will be able to provide support for the project management area with the start date 01.10.2026.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Support international IT and business projects while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination and delivery,
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams, helping to organize meetings and workshops, prepare agendas and meeting minutes, and support day-to-day project activities
• Contribute to project documentation, presentations, and reporting, turning ideas and requirements into actionable outcomes,
• Coordinate assigned tasks and smaller project workstreams, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery,
• Learn and grow in both Agile and traditional project environments with guidance from experienced project professionals.

YOUR PROFILE: 

• Knowledge of German at the level of min. C1,
• Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2,
• Basic analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with willingness to learn working with data,
• Strong customer focus, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach in everyday tasks,
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with growing ability to work independently,
• Basic experience or familiarity with project work in agile or classic environments,
• Flexibility, openness to new topics, and a positive, open‑minded attitude,
• Readiness for business travels.
