The Opportunity

Everest Solutions is looking for a creative, energetic and highly organized Junior Marketing Professional to support the continued growth and evolution of our brand.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action. You will help create marketing materials, develop campaigns, manage digital and social content, maintain our websites, support product and service launches, and work with teams across Everest to bring our story to life.

The successful candidate will combine creativity with strong execution skills and will be comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Materials and Content Creation

  • Develop and maintain a wide range of marketing and sales materials, including brochures, presentations, flyers, digital assets, customer communications, promotional materials and internal communications.
  • Work with Sales and other departments to ensure materials are current, professional, on-brand and aligned with business objectives.
  • Support the development of photography, video, graphics and other creative content for use across digital and traditional channels.


Social Media and Digital Content

  • Manage and maintain Everest Solutions’ social media accounts and content calendar.
  • Create, schedule and publish engaging content that builds brand awareness, celebrates our people and customers, and supports company growth initiatives.
  • Monitor social media activity, engagement and performance and identify opportunities to continually improve our content and reach.
  • Help develop campaigns that showcase Everest’s people, products, technology, customer partnerships and involvement in the communities we serve.


Website Management

  • Maintain and update Everest Solutions websites to ensure information, imagery, products and messaging remain current and accurate.
  • Coordinate website content updates, landing pages and campaign-specific content.
  • Work with internal and external partners on ongoing website enhancements and improvements to the customer experience.
  • Monitor website performance and recommend opportunities to improve content, engagement and conversion.


Marketing and Promotional Campaigns

  • Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing and promotional campaigns supporting customer retention, new business growth, product launches and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate campaign materials across email, web, social media, sales collateral and other channels.
  • Support the development of seasonal promotions and customer-facing campaigns.
  • Track campaign results and help identify opportunities to improve future programs.


Go to Market Support

  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies and materials for new products, services and business opportunities.
  • Assist with market research, competitive analysis, customer insights, positioning, messaging and launch planning.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Technology and other teams to ensure new offerings are effectively introduced to customers and prospects.
  • Develop sales enablement materials that help our sales teams clearly communicate the value of Everest products and services.


Brand Management

  • Help maintain consistency in Everest’s brand, voice, messaging and visual identity across all customer and employee touchpoints.
  • Support the continued development of the Everest brand as the organization grows and introduces new products and services.
  • Ensure marketing materials consistently reflect the professionalism, quality and customer experience we want associated with Everest Solutions.


Marketing Coordination and Analytics

  • Coordinate multiple marketing projects and campaigns while managing deadlines and priorities.
  • Maintain organized libraries of marketing materials, templates, photography and digital assets.
  • Track key marketing metrics across campaigns, websites, social media and other digital channels.
  • Prepare basic reports and identify insights that can help improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Support trade shows, sales meetings, conferences, customer events and internal company initiatives as required.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Approximately 1–3 years of marketing, communications or related experience, although strong recent graduates will also be considered.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating marketing and digital content.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and social media management.
  • Experience with website content management systems.
  • Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, email marketing and campaign analytics.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A willingness to learn new technologies, including emerging AI-enabled marketing tools.


Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot would be an asset but is not required.
