Responsibilities

• Assist on the design of a functional solution to a business requirements and/or problem
• Gather and analyze business and functional specifications.
• Proactively assess project issues and facilitate mitigation plan to ensure project success.
• Help development team on preparing the system configuration, master data setup and test data for testing of new features and bug fixes
• Responsible for testing through listed scenarios during project implementation
• Able to answer customer questions regarding the "how to" and questions around preparation for testing
• Will work close to the Lead BA and Developer to achieve development completion through round of testing and defect/bug fix.  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering and related field.
• At least 1 yr of SAP SD experience
• Background in Pickm Pack and Ship process is a plus
• With understanding of Order to Cash (OTC) process
• Has performed in a Project Implementation role
• Amenable to night shift or graveyard shift
