Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound contacts from Italian-speaking customers seeking technical support and product guidance across a leading consumer electronics portfolio.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to consumer electronics devices — including smartphones, tablets, laptops, smart home products, and accessories — through clear and empathetic communication.
• Identify customer needs during every interaction and leverage inbound sales opportunities to recommend suitable consumer electronics products, upgrades, and service plans.
• Guide customers through product setup, configuration, troubleshooting procedures, and warranty processes in a clear and reassuring manner.
• Accurately log all customer interactions, technical cases, and sales activity within the company's CRM system, ensuring full compliance with data handling standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal escalation teams to ensure complex technical issues related to consumer electronics are resolved efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with the latest product launches, firmware updates, and innovations within the consumer electronics industry to provide accurate and informed support.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual KPIs for customer satisfaction, first-contact resolution, and inbound sales conversion rates.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian language skills (spoken and written) are essential — this role is exclusively conducted in Italian.
• Valid EU passport or national ID (mandatory for non-Greek residents applying for jobs in Greece).
• A genuine interest in consumer electronics, technology products, or the wider tech industry is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or inbound sales — ideally within a consumer electronics or technology-related environment — is an advantage.
• Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and friendly manner to a non-technical audience.
